褐煤基活性焦用于固定床加压气化废水处理的研究

Abstract:

Lignite-based activated coke has been applied to the treatment of pressurized fixed-bed coal gasification wastewater. The effects of lignite-based activated coke dosage and residence time on wastewater treatment efficacy are investigated. The adsorption isotherm of activated coke and dynamic adsorption volume are determined. The experimental results show that when the COD of wastewater is 3 330 mg/L, the ratio of water to activated coke is 30:1 and residence time 2 h, the COD removing rate can reach around 60%. Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation of activated coke can be presented as qe=7.12×10-3×Ce1.23. The dynamic adsorption volume of COD is about 145 mg/g.

摘要:

利用自制的褐煤基活性焦对固定床加压气化废水进行了吸附实验研究,考察了活性焦用量、停留时间对废水处理效果的影响,测定了活性焦的吸附等温线和动态吸附容量。实验结果表明,对于COD为3 330 mg/L的气化废水,在水焦比为30:1,停留时间为2 h的条件下,COD去除率可达到60%左右;活性焦的Freundlich吸附等温经验式为qe=7.12×10-3×Ce1.23,对COD的动态吸附容量约为145 mg/g。
