Abstract:
The engineering design of the newly-built wastewater station of electrophoresis workshop at an electronics company, in Dalian, has been accomplished. Its designed treatment scale is 24 m3/d. According to the quality and quantity of wastewater, a process consisting of wastewater regulation+sequencing batch Fenton catalytic oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+sand filtration is used. The operation results show that the removing rates of CODCr and SS are 90.9% and 98.3%, respectively. The automatic degree of the process is high. Guard-free operation can be realized, in addition to replenishing chemicals regularly, cleaning electrodes and carting off dry sludge. After a 300 d steady running, the water quality of the treated effluent can steadily reach and is superior to the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province(DB 21/1607—2008), and the water treatment cost is about CNY3.89 per ton.

摘要:
对大连某电子公司新建电泳车间废水站进行了工程设计,设计处理规模为24 m3/d。根据废水水质、水量特点,采用废水调节+序批式Fenton催化氧化+混凝沉淀+砂滤的工艺流程。工程运行结果表明,CODCr、SS去除率分别为90.9%、98.3%。工程自动化程度高,除定期药液补充、清洗电极及干泥外运之外,实现了无人值守。经过300 d的稳定运行,系统处理出水水质可稳定达到并优于《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627—2008)的要求,吨水处理费用约3.89元。
