Abstract:
The process flow and construct design of the upgrading and reconstruction engineering of WWTP No.1,in Xi'an City are introduced. The utilization of original engineering site has been fully considered in the engineering design. New multi-section and multi-stage tank has been built and used concurrently with the original A2O process and medium loading process for treating the wastewater. Its treatment capacity is 4×104 t/d. The treatment loads of original A2O process and medium loading process are both decreased from original 6×104 t/d to 4×104 t/d,indicating that the purification capacity of the WWTP is improved greatly. The effluent water quality of the wastewater plant after the final up-grading and reconstruction reaches the First class A discharge standard,specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).

摘要:
介绍了西安市第一污水处理厂升级改造工程的工艺流程和建构物设计。工程设计中充分考虑利用原有工程场地,新建多段多级AO池,与原有A2O工艺、中负荷系统工艺并行处理污水,处理量为4×104 t/d,原有A2O工艺、中负荷工艺的处理负荷均由原本的6×104 t/d降低为4×104 t/d,大幅度提高了污水处理厂的净化能力。最终升级改造后的污水厂出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。
