眼药厂综合污水处理工程实例

Abstract:

Taking the wastewater treatment project in an eye medicine factory as a case study,organic wastewater pretreatment and comprehensive wastewater treatment processes,construct parameters and operation effects are introduced. Aiming at the problems that the pollutant concentration of the calf blood extract cleaning wastewater is too high,and its components too complicated,anaerobic method has been used for its pretreatment,so as to reduce the treatment load in the subsequent unit. The processes,including hydrolysis acidification,air flotation,and biological contact oxidation,are used for treating comprehensive wastewater. In addition,modified MBR method and chlorine dioxide disinfection process are used for the advanced treatment of comprehensive wastewater. The process can easily be managed,has high pollutant removing rate and stable treatment effects,realizing the harmlessness of wastewater treatment.

摘要:

以某眼药厂污水处理工程为实例,介绍了有机废水预处理及综合废水处理的工艺、构筑物参数及效果。针对眼药厂小牛血提取物清洗废水污染物浓度高,有机成分较多的问题,采用厌氧法进行预处理,以降低后续单元的处理负荷,再利用水解酸化、气浮、生物接触氧化对综合废水进行处理,另外利用改良的MBR法及二氧化氯消毒工艺对综合废水进行深度处理。该工艺易于管理,污染物去除率高,处理效果稳定,实现了污水无害化处理。
