Abstract:
By way of analyzing the water quality and site corrosion products in Qianbei 118 Block,the results show that the main controlling factor which has effect on corrosion in that block is CO2,and the one that has complementary effect is SRB,whose sedimentary scale is slight. According to the main controlling factor that has effect on corrosion,the corrosion and scale inhibitor suitable for this block has been selected. Imidazoline 7019 is the main corrosion inhibitor,and phosphate esters EM is the complementary one. The selected corrosion and scale inhibitors can inhibit the trend of corrosion and scaling in Qianbei 118 block.

摘要:
对乾北118区块水质、现场腐蚀产物进行了分析,结果表明影响该区块腐蚀的因素以CO2腐蚀为主、SRB细菌腐蚀为辅,沉积垢轻微。根据腐蚀主控因素筛选了适合该区块的缓蚀阻垢剂,配方以咪唑啉7019缓蚀剂为主,磷酸酯类EM阻垢剂为辅,筛选出的缓蚀阻垢剂能够抑制乾北118区块的腐蚀结垢趋势。
