红岗采油厂注水系统缓蚀阻垢技术的研究与应用

Abstract:

The corrosion and scaling phenomenon in the water injection system of Honggang Oil Production Plant,Jilin Oilfield is very serious. Based on sampling and analysis,the causes of corrosion and scaling in the system have been studied. Through the selection of chemicals and experimental evaluation,appropriate treatment program and chemicals are determined. The running results show that the problem of corrosion and scaling in the water injection system is solved effectively,and normal running of the system in the oil production plant is assured.

摘要:

吉林油田红岗采油厂注水系统腐蚀、结垢现象非常严重,经现场取样分析,研究了系统腐蚀结垢的原因。通过药剂筛选和实验评价,确定了合适的水处理方案及相应的药剂。现场运行结果表明,该水处理方案有效解决了注水系统的腐蚀结垢问题,确保了采油厂注水生产系统的正常运行。
