Abstract:
Aiming at the corrosion problem of produced water in high CO2 content oilfield, the corrosion behavior of carbon steel by S2- produced by SRB propagation in produced water and S2- carried by formation in development process were studied by corrosion electrochemical method. It was recognized that S2- produced by SRB propagation and S2- carried by formation in development process had little difference in effect on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel, a small amount of S2- could inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel, but when the concentration of S2- in sewage was more than 0.5 mg/L, S2- promoted the corrosion with the prolongation of time.

摘要:
针对高含CO2油田采出水的腐蚀问题,利用腐蚀电化学方法,分别研究了采出水中由硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)繁殖产生的S2-及开发过程由地层携带的S2-对碳钢的腐蚀行为,通过研究认识到SRB繁殖产生的S2-和开发过程由地层携带的S2-对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响差别不大;且少量的S2-对碳钢的腐蚀有抑制作用,但当污水中S2-质量浓度大于0.5 mg/L时,随着时间的延长S2-对腐蚀起一定促进作用。
