活性炭吸附膜浓水再生方法的比较

Abstract:

The breakthrough curve of the activated carbon which adsorbs reverse osmosis concentrated water has been studied. For the saturated activated carbon,the regenerating efficiency and regeneration times of four common regeneration methods:supersonic regeneration,hot regeneration,chemical solution regeneration and electrochemical regeneration are investigated. The results show that electrochemical regeneration has relatively higher regenerating efficiency and relatively steady regenerating effectiveness. Its highest efficiency is 87.5%,and the efficiency remains at 60%,even after being used for four times.

摘要:

研究了活性炭吸附膜浓水的穿透曲线,并针对吸附饱和的活性炭,考察了超声再生、热再生、化学再生、电化学再生4种常用再生方式的再生效率和再生次数。结果表明电化学再生具有相对较高的再生效率和相对稳定的再生效果,其最高再生效率为87.5%,采用该方法进行4次再生后效率仍有60%。
