Abstract:
The designed treatment scale of the DNT industrial wastewater plant in a company in Gansu Province is 1 600 m3/d. The wastewater has been treated by ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis+UASB+contact oxidation+BAF+biological activated carbon process. Its influent COD is 2 089 mg/L, nitro-compounds 164.9 mg/L, and pH 1-2. Its effluent COD is 39.5 mg/L and nitro-compounds 0.3 mg/L. The removing rate of COD and nitro-compounds are 98.1% and 99.8%, respectively. The indexes of discharged water is superior to Class A of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996). The cost of wastewater treatment per ton is CN¥7.62.

摘要: 甘肃某公司二硝基甲苯(DNT)生产废水处理站设计处理规模1 600 m3/d,采用铁炭微电解+UASB+接触氧化+BAF+生物炭工艺进行处理,进水COD、硝基苯类化合物分别为2 089、164.9 mg/L,pH 1~2;出水COD、硝基苯类化合物分别为39.5、0.3 mg/L,去除率分别为98.1%、99.8%,排水指标优于国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准,吨水直接处理成本为7.62元。
