絮凝剂联用处理冬季锅炉原水的研究

Abstract:

The influence of temperature on the flocculation effect of flocculants is discussed in this paper. PAC is affected remarkably by temperature. The appropriate temperature for PFS is more extensive. PAM is less affected by temperature. PAC and PFS combination or PAC and PAM combination are less affected by temperature and the flocculation effect is good. In winter,using PAC singly for treating boiler raw water will make the boiler raw water turn turbid. At the end, using PAC-PFS combination for treating boiler raw water achieves better effect.

摘要:

探讨了温度对絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响:聚铝受温度影响较大,聚铁的适用温度更广,聚丙烯酰胺受温度影响较小。聚铝和聚铁联用或聚铝和聚丙烯酰胺联用,受温度影响较小,絮凝效果好。在冬季单独使用聚铝处理锅炉原水导致炉水混浊,最终采用聚铝和聚铁联用处理锅炉原水后达到了较好的效果。
