活性炭纤维覆膜电极高电压电吸附处理含盐废水

Abstract:

Aiming at the disadvantages of capacitive adsorption desalination process,such as low voltage,low treatment efficiency,easily corrosive electrode,etc.,the surface of activated carbon fiber electrode has been treated by membrane-coated insulation. The results from NaCl simulated solution experiment shows that in the membrane-coated electrode electro-adsorption desalination process,the optimal operation voltage is 20 V,and optimal reaction time 30 min. When the low-concentration NaCl solution is less than 300 mg/L,the electrical conductivity removing rate of the solution are above 80%. The result of electro-adsorption isotherm fitting shows that when the low voltage is less than 10 V,the adsorption tends to Langmuir model. When the voltage is high, the adsorption is in accordance with Freundlich model.

摘要:

针对电容吸附除盐法中电压低、处理效率低、电极易腐蚀等缺点,对活性炭纤维电极表面进行了覆膜绝缘处理.NaCl模拟溶液实验结果表明,覆膜电极电吸附除盐的最佳操作电压为20 V,最佳作用时间为30 min.对低浓度NaCl溶液(<300 mg/L),溶液电导率去除率可达80%以上.吸附等温线拟合结果表明,低电压(<10 V)时,吸附倾向于Langmuir模型;高电压时,吸附更加符合Freundlich模型.
