阴离子β-CD磁性微球吸附Zn2+影响因素的探讨

Abstract:

A new type of anionic β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) magnetic microsphere adsorbent has been prepared. The surface morphology of the microspheres is characterized by SEM and X-ray. The adsorption capacity for zinc ions by anionic β-CD magnetic microsphere adsorbent has been studied. The results show that the synthesized adsorbent has regular spherical. Most of grain diameters are around 120 μm, and crystallinity is 37.43%. Under optimal adsorbing conditions, β-CD magnetic microsphere has good adsorption effect, the adsorbing capacity and removing rate of zinc ions can reach 2.71 mmol/g and 97.2%, respectively, which indicates that the anionic β-CD magnetic microsphere adsorbent is expected to be used in wastewater treatment.

摘要:

制备了一种新型阴离子β-CD磁性微球吸附剂,用SEM、XRD对其进行了表征,并研究了该吸附剂对Zn2+的吸附性能。结果表明,合成出的吸附剂成规整的球状,且粒径多数在120 μm左右,结晶度达37.43%。在最优吸附条件下吸附量和Zn2+去除率可分别达到2.71 mmol/g、97.2%,吸附效果良好,该吸附剂有望用于废水处理中。
