改良型A/O生物膜法处理印染废水的应用研究

Abstract:

A type of modified A/O bio-membrane process which has synchronous denitrification and carbonization functions, as well as the characteristics of bio-membranes, has been obtained by changing the reflux way of sludge and sludge cultivation way of routine A/O denitrification process, and by adding some special filling materials. Taking the pretreated and actual dyeing wastewater as the research object, its denitrification and carbonization capacities are investigated. The results show that the modified A/O process can efficiently improve the defects of the traditional denitrification process. Its effluent can meet the requirements for the discharge indexes specified in the Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant & Key Industries in Taihu Area (DB 32/1072—2007).

摘要:

通过对常规A/O脱氮工艺的泥水回流方式和污泥培养方式进行改变, 并增设特殊填料后, 得到兼具同步脱氮除碳功能以及生物膜特点的改良型A/O生物膜工艺, 并以预处理后的实际印染废水为对象考察了工艺的脱氮除碳等性能。结果表明:改良型A/O生物膜工艺能有效改善传统A/O脱氮工艺的缺陷, 出水可达到《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/1072—2007)的排放指标。
