Abstract:

Taking the reusing project on the treatment of industrial wastewater from machinery processing as exam-ple,the technological characteristics of the reusing treatment,design parameters,treatment effects and running costs of the oil separation+flotation+hydrolysis+acidification+biological contact oxidation+MBR process are introduced. The effluent water quality after the treatment can reach the standard specified in the Recycling of City Sewage and Water Quality of City Miscellaneous Water (GB/T 18920-2002). The project operation practice shows that the system runs steadily and has high treatment efficiency,obtaining great economic and environmental benefits.

摘要:

以某机械加工生产废水的处理回用工程为例,介绍了“隔油+气浮+水解酸化+生物接触氧化+MBR”回用处理工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果及运行成本等,经过处理出水水质可以达到《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)要求。工程运行实践表明:该系统运行稳定、出水水质好,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益。
