Research on the adsorption characteristics of Cr(Ⅵ)by magnetic shell carbon

磁性壳炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附特性研究

Abstract: Using shell carbon as raw material,a new type of magnetic adsorptive material has been prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. The structure of magnetic shall carbon is characterized by means of SEM,FTIR and BET. The results show that in partial acidic environment,the prepared magnetic shell carbon is conducive to the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ). When magnetic shell carbon dosage is 4 g/L,pH 2.0,adsorption temperature 25℃, oscillation intensity 100 r/min,and adsorption time 30 min,the removing rate of Cr(Ⅵ)reaches 99.3%, effluent mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)is 0.15 mg/L and the maximum adsorption capacity is 42.020 mg/g. The adsorption process of Cr(Ⅵ)on magnetic shell carbon complies with Langmuir adsorption isothermal model,and the dynamic adsorption equilibrium follows the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation.

摘要: 以壳炭为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备了一种具有磁性的新型吸附材料。采用SEM、FTIR和BET等手段对磁性壳炭的结构进行表征。结果表明,制备的磁性壳炭在偏酸性的环境下有利于吸附Cr(Ⅵ)。当磁性壳炭投加量为4 g/L、pH为2.0、吸附温度为25℃、震荡强度为100 r/min、吸附时间为30 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率达到99.3%,出水质量浓度为0.15 mg/L,其最大吸附容量为42.020 mg/g。Cr(Ⅵ)在磁性壳炭上的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,动态吸附平衡遵循拟二级动力学方程。
