内循环厌氧反应器设计问题的探讨

Abstract: Internal circulation anaerobic reactors have widely been applied to organic wastewater anaerobic treat-ment,but the running efficiency of part of them has been low,because of design defects. To solve this problem, the structure design of the internal circulation anaerobic reactors should firstly be optimized. Combining with engi-neering practice,comparatively reasonable IC design parameters are proposed,through discussions on the internal circulation anaerobic reactor volume,the height of the upper and lower reactor chambers,rising flow velocity,and the design principles and methods for gas collector and rising tubes in the internal circulating system.

摘要: 内循环厌氧反应器目前广泛应用于有机废水厌氧处理,部分内循环厌氧反应器由于设计的缺陷运行效率低下,解决这一问题首先应优化内循环厌氧反应器结构设计。文章结合工程实践,通过对内循环厌氧反应器的容积,上、下反应室的高度,上升流速以及内循环系统中集气器和提升管的设计原理与设计方法的探讨,提出比较合理的IC设计参数。
