Abstract:
A separate pretreatment of high-concentration wastewater has been implemented,mainly including physicochemical treatment such as regulation,grease traps,two-stage air floatation,etc.,and two-stage internal circulation BAF biochemical treatment processes. The operation status shows that the processing system could effectively reduce the contents of COD,oils and SS in high-concentration wastewater with an average removing rate of up to 77.1%,69.6% and 90.7%,respectively,meeting the design requirements.

摘要: 对高浓度污水实施单独预处理,主要包括调节、隔油、两级气浮等物化处理和两级内循环BAF生化处理工艺。运行情况表明:该处理系统能有效降低高浓度污水中的COD、石油类和悬浮物,平均去除率分别可达77.1%、69.6%和90.7%,满足了设计要求。
