吸附-混凝应急处理地表水中石油的实验研究

Abstract: In recent years,because of the frequently occurred oil spills in surface water,the research on the emergency treatment of wastewater containing petroleum/oil is imminent. The adsorption-secondary coagulation combined process has been used for the emergency treatment of the oil-containing wastewater. The adsorption effects of different adsorbing materials on surface oil slick have been compared,and the influences of PSAF dosage,pH,turbidity and standing time on the removing rate of petroleum from water in the coagulation process vestigated. The results show that under the optimized conditions,the oil removing rate by the combined process reaches above 99%,and the treated effluent meets class Ⅳ surface water quality standards.

摘要: 近年来地表水石油泄漏突发事件频繁发生,研究石油类废水应急处理技术迫在眉睫。采用吸附-二次混凝组合工艺对石油类废水进行应急处理。比较了不同吸附材料对水面浮油的吸附效果,考察了混凝工艺中PSAF投加量、pH、浊度以及静置时间对水中石油类去除率的影响。结果表明,在优化条件下,该组合工艺对水中石油的去除率达到99%以上,处理出水达到Ⅳ类地表水水质标准。
