Synthesis of CoFe2O4/sulfonated graphene and its adsorption for low-concentration methyl orange

Abstract: A one-step solvothermal method has been used for the synthesis of cobalt ferrite/sulfonated graphene nanocomposite(CoFe2O4/GS),and the structure,morphology and magnetic property of the sample characterized by means of BET,FT-IR,SEM and VSM. The synthesized sample has excellent adsorption effect on low-concentration methyl orange(MO), and stable recyclable performance. The experimental results show that when 297 K and pH=7.0,the adsorption rate of methyl orange by CoFe2O4/GS can reach 99.5%. CoFe2O4/GS has ferromagnetism,and is apt to create income,and suitable for cyclic adsorption experiments,compared GS.

摘要: 采用一步溶剂热法合成了钴铁氧体/磺化石墨烯纳米复合材料(CoFe2O4/GS),通过BET、FT-IR、SEM、VSM等对样品的结构、形貌和磁性进行了表征。制备材料对低浓度甲基橙有很好的吸附效果,循环使用性能稳定。实验结果表明:在297 K、pH为7.0时,CoFe2O4/GS对甲基橙的去除率可达99.5%。与GS相比,CoFe2O4/GS具有铁磁性,便于回收,更适于循环吸附实验。
