Photo-assisted heterogeneous Fenton process for the removal of PNP from wastewater

光助非均相类Fenton法处理PNP废水的研究

Abstract: Fe-Ce/Al2O3 catalyst has been prepared,and the photo-assisted heterogeneous Fenton method used for treating wastewater containing p-nitrophenol(PNP). The removing effect of the catalyst on wastewater containing p-nitrophenol(PNP) and its stability have been investigated. The results show that when the mass concentration of PNP wastewater is 200 mg/L,dosage of H2O2 150 mmol/L,dosage of catalyst 100 g/L,pH=4,temperature 25℃,and reaction time 120 min,the PNP removing rate can reach 98.7%,COD removing rate can reach 72.9%. The synergistic effect of UV and catalyzed H2O2 on the removal of PNP is good. PNP removing rate can reach 83.2% when the catalyst has been used 5 times.

摘要: 制备了Fe-Ce/Al2O3催化剂,采用光助非均相类Fenton法对对硝基酚(PNP)废水进行处理,考察PNP的去除效果及催化剂稳定性。结果表明:PNP质量浓度为200 mg/L、H2O2投加量为150 mmol/L、催化剂投加量为100 g/L、pH=4、温度为25℃、反应时间为120 min时,PNP去除率可达98.7%,COD去除率可达72.9%。紫外光、催化剂催化H2O2去除PNP的协同效果良好,催化剂使用5次时PNP去除率达到83.2%。
