Abstract: In order to reduce fresh water consumption and decrease wastewater discharge,the wastewater discharge, recovery and reuse of circulating water project of CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. has improved the tradi-tional treatment process,using the combined process "three methods of water purification integration equipment+ele-ctrodialysis" for treating the discharged effluent. As a result,the oil water consumption is reduced from the original 1.1 t down to 0.6 t or so. The treated effluent can meet the reuse requirements. Not only the load of subsequent wa-stewater treatment devices is decreased,but also about CNY5,000,000 can be saved every year from the cost of inte-grated water used,making it an important component of water saving and discharge reduction for the whole enterprise.

摘要: 为节约新鲜水用量,减少污水排放,中海石油中捷石化有限公司循环水排污回收再利用项目改进传统处理工艺,采用“三法净水一体化设备+电渗析”的组合工艺对排污水进行处理,使吨油水耗由原先的1.1 t降至0.6 t左右,处理出水满足回用要求,不仅降低了后续污水处理装置的负荷,每年还可节约综合用水成本约500万元,成为企业整体节水减排工作的重要组成部分。
