TiO2/CTS/ATP的制备及对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效能研究

Abstract: CTS/ATP composite materials with different doping amounts of chitosan have been prepared by sol inter-calation,using attapulgite as carriers,then TiO2/CTS/ATP composite materials obtained by sol-gel method for loading TiO2,in addition,the material is characterized. The results show that the structure of the modified attapulgite is ch-anged from lamellar to porous,the specific surface area gets larger and the number of amino and hydroxyl increases. The adsorption capability of the composite materials for Cr(Ⅵ) is further investigated under light resistant condi-tions. The results show that the adsorption rate of Cr(Ⅵ) maintains at more than 90% stably under optimal conditions.

摘要: 以凹土(ATP)为载体,采用溶液插层法制备了不同壳聚糖掺杂量的CTS/ATP复合材料,然后通过溶胶-凝胶法负载TiO2,获得了TiO2/CTS/凹土复合材料。同时对材料进行了表征,结果表明,改性后的凹土结构由片层状转变为多孔状,比表面积增大,表面氨基和羟基数量增加。进一步在避光条件下探究复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效能,结果表明,在最优条件下,复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附去除率均稳定在90%以上。
