Response surface method of the optimization of sodium persulphate/hydrogen peroxide oxidation process for the treatment of landfill leachate biochemical tail water

响应面法优化Na2S2O8/H2O2处理垃圾渗滤液生化尾水

Abstract: Na2S2O8/H2O2 coupled advanced oxidation system has been used for treating the biochemical tail water of landfill leachate,applying FeSO4 as the activator. The influences of the dosages of FeSO4·7H2O,Na2S2O8,H2O2 etc. on CODCr removing rate have been investigated in aid of response surface method and Box-Behnken design. The results show that the removing effect of Fe2+ on CODCr is remarkable. There is obvious cross-impact between Na2S2O8 and H2O2, and Na2S2O8/H2O2 system brings about synergistic effect,which increases CODCr removing rate effectively. Under the following conditions:the dosages of FeSO4·7H2O,Na2S2O8 and H2O2 are 2 g/L,1.75 g/L,and 3 mL/L,respectively,the leachate tail water CODCr removing rate is above 70%.

摘要: 以FeSO4为活化剂,采用Na2S2O8/H2O2耦合高级氧化体系处理垃圾渗滤液生化尾水。借助响应面法Box-Behnken设计分析FeSO4·7H2O、Na2S2O8、H2O2投加量等因素对CODCr去除率的影响。研究结果显示:Fe2+对CODCr去除效果影响显著,Na2S2O8与H2O2两者之间有显著的交互影响,Na2S2O8/H2O2体系产生协同效应,有效提高了CODCr去除率。在FeSO4·7H2O投加量为2 g/L,Na2S2O8投加量为1.75 g/L,H2O2投加量为3 mL/L的条件下,渗滤液尾水CODCr去除率达到70%以上。
