O3/Na2S2O8耦合体系预处理制药废水的实验研究

Abstract: O3/Na2S2O8 coupling system has been used for the pretreatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,and the influence of the factors,such as Na2S2O8 dosage,pH,reaction time,etc. on the removing rates of COD and chroma investigated. The results indicate that the removing rates of COD and chroma are increased with the increase of Na2S2O8 dosage,O3 ventilation capacity and reaction time. Under alkaline conditions it is more conducive to the removal of pollutants from the wastewater. When the ozone ventilation capacity is 1.2 g/(h·L),Na2S2O8 mass concentration 8 g/L, pH=8.6,and reaction time 150 min,the removing rates of COD and chroma of pharmaceutical wastewater reach 68.3% and 97%,respectively. B/C is increased from 0.12 to 0.38.

摘要: 采用O3/Na2S2O8耦合体系预处理制药废水,研究了O3通气量、Na2S2O8投加量、pH、反应时间等因素对COD和色度去除率的影响。结果表明,COD和色度的去除率随着Na2S2O8投加量、O3通气量、反应时间的增加而增大,在碱性条件下更有利于废水中污染物的去除。在O3通气量为1.2 g/(h·L)、Na2S2O8投加质量浓度为8 g/L、pH=8.6、反应时间为150 min的条件下,制药废水的COD、色度的去除率分别达到68.3%、97%,B/C由0.12提高到0.38。
