Abstract: A chemical pesticide company had produced carbamate pesticides. Because of the change of production process and the improvement of production scale,the original treatment process was unable to meet the treatment requirements. A process modification of the original wastewater treatment project has been accomplished,based on the results of small-scale experiments. The combined process,Fe-C micro-electrolysis+Fenton+EGSB+A/O,has been used for the treatment of Aldicarb pesticide wastewater. After the process modification,the effluent meets the first grade standard requirements,specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).

摘要: 某化工农药企业生产氨基甲酸酯类农药,由于生产工艺改变和生产规模提高,原废水处理工艺难以满足处理要求。在实验小试结果的基础上对原废水处理工程进行工艺改造,采用铁碳微电解+Fenton+EGSB+A/O工艺处理该废水。工艺改造后出水达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级标准要求。
