Abstract:
Deamination membrane as a highly effective ammonia nitrogen separation membrane. Because of its modular, no production of secondary pollution, high degree of automation etc, it shows highly promising application prospects and good environmental benefits. Taking the production wastewater of a pesticide factory, the deamination membrane was used to conduct pilot tests. The experiment result showed that when utilizing deamination membrane technology, which was arranged by three step series, adjusting the wastewater pH 11-12 and the temperature to 45-50℃, using sulfuric acid as absorbent, the total ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach to about 90% and the removal rate of single-stage membrane could reach more than 50% under the condition of NH3-N in raw water below 535 mg/L. The research results provided reference for the application of deamination membrane technology in the treatment of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

摘要:
脱氨膜是一种高效的膜分离技术,具有可模块化、不产生二次污染,自动化程度高等优点,具有广阔的应用前景和良好的环境效益。以某农药厂废水为处理对象,采用脱氨膜进行中试实验。结果表明,控制废水pH 11~12,水温45~50℃,三级串联脱氨,采用硫酸做为吸收剂,在废水氨氮小于535 mg/L条件下,氨氮的去除率达到90%左右,单级膜的氨氮去除率达到50%以上,为脱氨膜在高氨氮废水处理中的应用提供了参考。
