Abstract:
Taking the wastewater treatment project of needle coke production in a company of Liaoning as an example. The concentration of pollutants in wastewater were reduced and the biodegradability of wastewater was improved by the composite air flotation, ammonia evaporation, centrifugal extraction and resin adsorption pretreatment. The further removal of pollutants by A2/O and electroflocculation advanced treatment process, the water quality of the effluent reached and was superior to the indirect discharge standard, specified in Coking Chemical Industry Pollutants Discharge Standard(GB 16171-2012). As needle coke quenching water, zero discharge of wastewater was realized.

摘要:
以辽宁某公司针状焦生产废水处理项目为例,首先通过复合气浮、蒸氨、离心萃取和树脂吸附预处理工艺,降低废水中特定污染物的浓度,提高废水的可生化性,再采用A2/O工艺进一步去除污染物,最终经过电絮凝工艺深度处理,出水达到并优于《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171-2012)中间接排放标准,可作为针状焦熄焦水使用,实现废水零排放。
