Abstract:
The highly effective heavy metal adsorbent was prepared with β-cyclodextrin and bentonite to treat the heavy metal-containing waste drilling fluid. The adsorption behavior of β-cyclodextrin/bentonite for Cd(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅲ) is highly fitted to D-R equation, and the adsorption kinetics is in accordance with the quasi-second-order kinetic model. The adsorption process is controlled by chemical and ion exchange adsorption. When the dosage of β-cyclodextrin/bentonite is 9 g/L at room temperature(25℃), the heavy metal content of waste drilling fluid can meet the limit of Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002) and the adsorption equilibrium time is 9 min.

摘要:
针对重金属含量严重超标的废弃钻井液,提出以β-环糊精与膨润土联合制备高效重金属吸附剂。β-环糊精/膨润土对Cd(Ⅱ)与Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附行为高度符合D-R方程,符合准二级动力学模型,吸附过程受化学及离子交换吸附控制。室温(25℃)下β-环糊精/膨润土投加质量浓度为9 g/L,处理结果可达《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838— 2002)Ⅱ类水体标准,吸附平衡时间为9 min。
