Abstract:

Mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) distillation is a commonly used zero-discharge treatment technology for wastewater concentration. According to the characteristics and special environment conditions of the concentration process of high chlorine wastewater, also combined the environmental corrosion mechanism of equipment materials and service failure cases, some suggestions on material selection and anti-corrosion technologies of MVR are proposed.

摘要:

蒸汽机械再压缩技术(MVR)是当前常用的一种废水浓缩零排放处理技术。针对高氯废水浓缩处理的水质特点和特殊工况环境,结合装备材料环境腐蚀机理和服役失效案例,提出MVR在高氯盐水环境下的材料选型建议和防腐措施。
