辣椒秸秆生物炭对考马斯亮蓝染料的吸附性能研究

Abstract:

The adsorption characteristics of biochar prepared from pepper straw to coomasi bright blue dye in water at different pyrolysis temperatures were studied,and the biochar was characterized. The results showed that the removal effect of pepper straw biochar on coomassie bright blue was the best when the pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time was 700 ℃ and 2 h. Under the conditions of biochar dosage 3 g/L,initial mass concentration of coomassie bright blue 50 mg/L,pH 5,reaction temperature 25 ℃,the adsorption reached equilibrium after 120 min,and the removal rate could reach 92.66%,with the maximum adsorption capacity 20.51 mg/g. The adsorption process was monolayer adsorption,which conformed to pseudo second order kinetics. Pepper straw biochar can effectively remove coomassie bright blue dye from water.

摘要:

研究了不同热解温度下以辣椒秸秆为原材料制备的生物炭对水中考马斯亮蓝(CBB)染料的吸附特性,并对生物炭进行表征。结果表明,热解温度为700 ℃,烧制2 h下制备的辣椒秸秆生物炭对考马斯亮蓝的去除效果最好。在生物炭投加量为3 g/L,考马斯亮蓝染料初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,溶液pH为5,反应温度为25 ℃的条件下,吸附在120 min左右达到平衡,去除率可达92.66%,最大吸附量为20.51 mg/g。该吸附过程为单层吸附,符合伪二级动力学。辣椒秸秆生物炭可以有效去除水中的考马斯亮蓝染料。
