影响循环水处理剂缓蚀效果的因素

Abstract:

8 typical kinds of water treatment chemicals used to control steel corrosion in circulating cooling water are investigated by using weight-loss tests.The results show that 5 factors such as the concentration of water treatment agents, calcium hardness and alkalinity, turbidity, the concentration of ironic ions and biocides have different corrosion inhibiting effects on different type of water treatment chemicals.

摘要:

通过NMR仪对国内外在中国使用的 8类典型的水处理剂的主要成分进行分析,由主要成分确定药剂类型;并采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验方法对这些水处理剂的缓蚀效果进行研究,发现药剂的自身浓度,水质钙硬和碱度、浊度、铁离子浓度以及杀菌剂对不同类型水处理剂的缓蚀效果影响是不同的,因此,应根据水处理剂的类型确定使用条件。
