Abstract:
It is obvious that COD of alcohol wastewater can be decreased by effective microorganisms(EM).The removal rate of COD goes above 96%.The results of orthogonal experiments show the best composition is B3A3C1 by EM treat- ment wastewater of alcohol, but it can' t reach the discharge standard.Treated with high molecular organic coagulation agent, the experiment shows the best pH is 8, the amount of coagulation agent (0.01%)is 1.0 mL 250 mL wastewater,the time of treatment is 1.5~ 2.0 h.The COD index meets the discharge standard (<350 mg L).

摘要:
采用有效微生物(EM)处理酒精生产废水能显著地降低COD,COD的去除率>96%,采用正交实验说明EM处理酒精废液最佳组合为B3A3C1,但仍然达不到排放标准,经絮凝剂处理的正交实验结果说明,pH为8、加量为1.0mL 250mL废液、沉降时间为1.5~2h时,COD降低到<350mg L,达到了排放标准。
