Study on naphthenic imidazoline derivative as multifunction water treatment agent

环烷基咪唑啉衍生物多功能水处理剂的研究

Abstract:

The corrosion inhibition effects of naphthenic imidazoline derivative on HCl - H2O media and oilfield sewage and the sterilization performance are separately studied. It is indicated that:(1)It has better corrosion inhibition effect than LAN - 826 inhibitor in about 10% (mass fraction) HCl - H2O media. When the mass fraction on corrosion inhibitor is 0.2%, the corrosion inhibition rate on mild steel is above 94% and the corrosion rate is less than 1.5 g/(m2·h) at 60 ℃, 5 h. When the mass fraction is 0.1% ~ 0.2%, the corrosion inhibition rate on aluminum coupon test is above 99% and its corrosion inhibition effect on copper coupon test is also evident at normal temperature. It is soluble in water or HCl - H2O media and has good thermal stability;(2)When the mass concentration of corrosion inhibitor is 0.03 mg/L in oilfield wastewater the corrosion rate on mild steel is 1.411 mm/a, the corrosion inhibition rate is up to 95% and the corrosion rate of oilfield wastewater could be controlled at less than 0.076 mm/a which is regulated in petroleum and natural gas industry standard;(3)It also has evident sterilization effect on oilfield wastewater and is compatible with phosphine scaling inhibitor and quaternary-ammonium-salt biocide. Therefore, the naphthenic imidazoline derivative is both pickling inhibitor which has excellent inhibition efficiency for hydrochloric acid and a good kind of water treatment agent for oilfield wastewater.

摘要:

针对环烷基咪唑啉衍生物,分别探讨了其在盐酸酸性介质及油田污水中的缓蚀性能,并对其杀菌性能进行了评价。结果表明:(1)在质量分数约为10%的盐酸溶液中,能够获得比LAN-826缓蚀剂更好的缓蚀效果,在60℃、5h,投加质量分数仅为0.2%时,即可将碳钢挂片腐蚀率控制在1.5g/(m2·h)以下,缓蚀率可达94%以上;常温下,投加质量分数仅为0.1%~0.2%时,其对铝挂片缓蚀率可高达99%以上,且对铜挂片具有一定的缓蚀效果,可任意比例溶于水或盐酸中,热稳定性好;(2)在碳钢腐蚀速率为1.411mm/a的某油田污水中,投加质量浓度0.03mg/L时,其缓蚀率可达95%以上,且可将油田污水腐蚀速率控制在石油天然气行业标准规定的0.076mm/a以下;(3)在油田污水中,还具有一定的杀菌效果,与膦系阻垢剂及季铵盐类杀菌剂相容性好。因此,所开发的咪唑啉衍生物,既是优异高效的盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂,又是油田污水中一种良好的水处理剂。
