循环水总磷异常的原因分析及检测

Abstract:

The reason why the total phosphorus in a circulating cooling water system of a refinery plant is abnormal has been analyzed. The analytical method used in finding out the reason has been pointed out. It shows that in the circulating water system that uses phosphonate and zinc salts as corrosion and scale inhibitors, the medium leakage which contains surfactant can decrease the water surface tension and clean the membrane made of phosphonate and zinc salt down, resulting in the increase of total phosphorus in circulating water. The concentration of zinc ions decrease because of the second precipitation.

摘要:

分析了某炼油厂循环冷却水中总磷异常的原因,以及在查找原因时所采用的分析方法,并指出:在以有机磷酸盐和锌盐作缓蚀阻垢剂的循环水系统,含表面活性剂成分的介质泄漏会降低水的表面张力,可将已沉积成膜的膦酸盐和锌盐清洗下来,导致循环水的总磷升高,由于锌离子发生二次沉积而浓度降低。
