微电解用于循环冷却水的实验研究

Abstract:

The effect of the current density, the space between the electrode and retention time on the process of micro-electrolysis scale inhibition by using the dynamic simulation test has been studied. In the research, the bactericidal efficiency and the anti-corrosion have also been tested. The micro-electrolysis applied to the treatment of the circulating cooling water is analysed economically.

摘要:

采用动态模拟实验方法,研究了影响微电解阻垢效果的电流密度、极板间距、停留时间等参数的影响规律,同时验证了微电解对循环冷却水的杀菌和防腐效果,并对微电解技术用于循环冷却水处理的经济性能进行了分析。
