Abstract:
The decolorizing rate of the dye, acidic black 10B, wastewater with Ce4+ as oxidant has been studied, and the effects of various factors on the decolorizing rate of the dye have been investigated. The results show that the appropriate conditions are as follows: pH=1, Ce( SO4) 2·4H2O 80 mg/L, t = 120 min, illuminated by ultraviolet radiation when the initial concentration of the dye is 10 mg/L. When the reacting time is 120 min, the decolorizing rate can reach about 97%.Therefore, Ce4+ is an effective, economical, safe, nontoxic, environmental benign water treatment reagent. Besides, the investigation shows that the velocity of decolorizing can be greatly enhanced by ultraviolet radiation.

摘要:
以Ce4+为氧化剂对酸性黑10B水溶性染料模拟废水进行脱色处理,研究了各种反应条件对脱色率的影响,并且对脱色反应机理进行了分析。结果表明:在染料的初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,pH=1,Ce( SO4) 2·4H2O投加量为80 mg/L,紫外灯光照,反应时间为120 min的条件下,脱色率可达到97%。说明以Ce4+为氧化剂对酸性黑10B水溶性染料具有很好的脱色效果,且脱色速率快,药品用量少,成本低,安全无毒,在废水处理上有较大的应用前景。此外,研究发现:紫外灯照射可大大提高脱色速率,缩短脱色时间。
