Abstract:
Phosphate controlled-release glass(P-CRG)has been prepared and evaluated as corrosion and scale inhibitor in an open-looped cooling water medium-sized dynamic simulation system.It has excellent corrosion and scale inhibition effect.The corrosion rate of A3 heat transfer surface is 0.026 mm/a,deposition rate of heat exchange pipe is 22.04 mcm and limit fouling thermal resistance is 1.2×10-4 m2·K/W.Using P-CRG is good for keeping the concentration stability of the activity in the cooling water system and minimizing the harmness of polyphosphate hydrolysis products.Thus it simplifies the water quality monitoring and water treatment processes,and realizes steady operations in small cooling water systems.
摘要:
制备磷酸盐控制释放玻璃缓蚀阻垢剂P-CRG,并用循环冷却水中型动态模拟试验装置进行性能评价。结果表明:P-CRG具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能,A3碳钢传热面的腐蚀速率为0.026mm/a,换热管的沉积速率为22.04mcm,极限污垢热阻为1.2×10-4m2·K/W;采用P-CRG控制释放缓蚀阻垢剂有利于维持冷却水系统中活性成分的浓度稳定,减轻聚磷酸盐水解产物的危害,简化中小型系统的水质监测和工艺操作。
