Abstract:
Testing method of heat resisting performance is one of the key technologies to verify the performance of ion exchange resin.The testing method of heat resisting performance of anion exchange resin has been improved and a new method for testing the highest temperature resistance of ion exchange resin is put forward.Based on the comparison of the products from China and abroad about their heat resisting performances,it is pointed out that the resin made in China is better than the imported ones in exchange capacity,osmotic-attrition sphericity,heat resisting performance and price.

摘要:
耐温性测试方法是确定离子交换树脂性能的关键技术之一,作者对阴离子交换树脂耐温性测试方法进行了改进,并提出了树脂最高耐热温度试验方法,它具有较好的可操作性和重现性。用该方法对国产和进口两种耐高温离子交换树脂性能进行详细比较,指出国产树脂的交换容量、渗磨圆球率、耐温性和价格等主要指标优于试验用进口树脂。
