Experimental research on wastewater reuse technology of circulating cooling water system

循环冷却水污水回用技术试验研究

Abstract:

By means of the combined technology of lowering hardness,neutralization and desalination,etc.,the discharged wastewater of circulating cooling water system can be treated. The purified water quality(total hardness and calcium ion components)is greatly better than fresh water,and can completely be reused as make-up water for circulating cooling water system. The experimental results show that ratio of wastewater reuse reaches more than 86%,and decrease cost of production, and saves a great quantity of industrial water.

摘要:

采用降硬、中和、脱盐等联合工艺技术对循环冷却水系统的排污水进行处理,处理后的净水水质(总硬以及Ca2+含量)大大优于新鲜水,完全可作为补充水回用于循环水系统。试验结果表明,采用该工艺可使循环冷却水系统的污水回用率达到86%以上,降低了生产成本,节约了大量的工业用水。
