电解氧化处理高浓度有机废水的研究

Abstract:

Highly concentrated organic wasewater is seriously harmful to the environment, and very hard to be treated. The three dimensional electrode electrolysis that has mainly been used and assisted with oxidation for its treatment is introduced. The fluidized bed is used as the reaction system for the electrolysis and oxidation process.Suitable particles are used as carriers on the fluidized bed. The mass transfer rate of iron (Ⅲ) at the cathode is improved greatly. This makes the electrolysis and Fenton oxidation process have cooperativity and as a result improve the treatment effect greatly. The COD removal rate of the wastewater can be higher than 98% by using the electrolysis and oxidation technology.

摘要:

高浓度有机废水对环境危害严重,处理却非常困难。介绍了以利用三维电极电解为主并辅以氧化的水处理技术,所述电解氧化是以流化床为反应体系,通过选择适合的粒子作为流化床中的载流子,可大大提高Fe3+在阴极上的传质率,使电解与Fenton氧化过程具有协同效应从而大大提高了对废水的处理效果。采用电解氧化工艺处理该废水COD的去除率可达98%以上。
