Abstract:
The new type of fluoride ion adsorbent has been prepared by using waste resin from a thermal power plant as carrier. The conditions of its preparation are discussed. The adsorbent prepared is characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that at room temperature,the waste resin is to be immersed into the solution whose Zr concentration is 0.05 mol/L once,and then into NaOH solution,whose concentration is 2 mol/L,for a one-hour solidification. The ZrO2-loaded resin fluoride ion adsorbent prepared under these conditions has better fluoride removal efficiency. The modified resin has clear apertures. The adsorbent prepared is non-crystalloid according to the results of XRD and SEM,and its surface has better activity.

摘要:
以某火力发电厂废树脂为载体制备了新型氟离子吸附剂。对其制备条件进行了优化,并用XRD、SEM等手段对制备的吸附剂进行了表征。结果表明:室温下,废树脂在锆浓度为0.05 mol/L的溶液中浸渍1次,然后投入到2 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中固化1 h,该条件下制备的氧化锆负载树脂氟离子吸附剂具有较好的除氟效果。该树脂经改性后孔道清晰,所制备的吸附剂为无晶质,表面带有更大的活性。
