吐哈温米油田水质控制技术的研究与应用

Abstract:

It was found that in the process of operating the reinjection wastewater treatment system, the water quality of the treated reinjection water was not stable,without efficient control methods. Six sampling locations have been chosen as nodes from the flow process of Tuha reinjection wastewater treatment system. Sampling monitors are carried on respectively,at the six nodes.Furthermore,node controlling for the indexes,such as the pH of water sources,total iron,oil content,dissolved oxygen,etc.,are carried on. The experimental results show that after using the node controlling technology,the system can be operated as proposed,the water quality can be improved greatly,and the unstable problem of the water quality at Tuha Wenmi Oilfield can be solved effectively. Therefore,it is worth popularizing.

摘要:

在吐哈温米油田回注污水处理系统的运行过程中发现,处理后的回注污水水质不稳定,缺乏有效的控制手段。在吐哈油田回注污水系统流程中选取6 个取样点作为节点,分别对6 个节点进行取样监控,并对水源pH、总铁、含油量、溶解氧等指标进行节点控制。实践结果表明:采用水质节点控制技术后,系统能按方案运行且水质有大幅提高,较好地解决了吐哈温米油田水质不稳定的问题,该技术具有较高的推广价值。
