Abstract:
A newfatty amide derivative(NAFAS) has been developed and investigated as an environment-friendly corrosion inhibitor. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is used for characterizing the main functional groups of NAFAS. The corrosion inhibition capacity and adsorption behavior of NAFAS on carbon steel in simulated medium alkalinity and hardness circulating cooling water are studied by electrochemical test method. The results show that the newly developed NAFAS is a kind of efficient anodic corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel. The inhibition efficienc y increases with the increase of NAFAS concentration , while it decreases slightly with the increase of solution temperature. When the temperature is 25 0C,and mass concentration of NAFAS added is 50 m/L,the inhibition rate can reach above 90%. The adsorption behavior of NAFAS on the surface of carbon steel is in accordance with Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.

摘要:
对开发的新型环境友好脂肪酰胺类无磷缓蚀剂(NAFAS)进行了研究。运用红外光谱表征了NAFAS的主要官能团,在模拟中碱、中硬的循环冷却水中,应用电化学测试的方法研究了NAFAS对碳钢的缓蚀性能及吸附行为。研究结果表明:开发的NAFAS是一种高效阳极型缓蚀剂,其缓蚀效率随NAFAS浓度的增大而增大,随温度的升高而略有下降。当温度为25℃,添加的NAFAS质量浓度为50 mg/L时,缓蚀剂效率即可达到90%以上。NAFAS在碳钢表面的吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温模型。
