双膜工艺运行要点及典型故障处理

Abstract:

In the running process of double-membrane system,it is found that membrane fouling,chemical damage,and improper operation are the main causes affecting the membrane life and economic benefits.Combined with the wastewater treatment process,the key points that need attention to the double membrane processes operation,as well as some typical troubleshooting are introduced.The discovery and treatment of metal,colloids,microorganisms,and organic pollutants are especially described in detail.

摘要:

双膜系统运行过程中,发现膜污染、化学损伤、操作不当是影响膜使用寿命和经济效益的主要原因。结合废水处理工艺,介绍了双膜工艺运行中的注意事项以及运行中出现的一些典型故障处理,特别是针对金属、胶体、微生物、有机物污染的发现和处理做了详细的描述。
