Abstract:
The effluent from the wastewater treated by biochemical method in a starch enterprise has been studied. Chemical precipitation process has been used for treating the effluent,so as to solve the total phosphorus overproof problem in the effluent from starch wastewater biochemical treatment. Through small-scale tests,the effect and influencing factors of the removal of total phosphorus by using different flocculants are investigated. In addition,pilot-scale tests are also carried out. The results show that ferric chloride has the best dephosphorization effect among the four kinds of flocculants,but the pH in the treated effluent is acidic,which cannot reach the national discharge standard. When calcium chloride and ferric chloride are used jointly,the effluent pH is 6.92, total phosphorus removing rate can reach 97.05%,and the total phosphorus in final effluent can reach 4.66 mg/L,meeting the requirements for the local discharge standard(total phosphorus<8 mg/L). The treatment effect of the joint action has been verified further by the results of pilot-scale tests.

以某淀粉企业废水生化处理出水为研究对象,采用化学沉淀法对其进行处理,以解决淀粉废水生化处理出水总磷超标问题。通过小试考察了不同絮凝剂对总磷的去除效果及影响因素,并进行了中试研究。结果表明,在所考察的4种絮凝剂中氯化铁的除磷效果最佳,但其处理后出水pH呈酸性,达不到国家排放标准要求。采用氯化钙和氯化铁联合作用,出水pH为6.92,总磷去除率可达97.05%,最终出水总磷可达4.66 mg/L,达到当地纳管排放的要求(总磷<8 mg/L)。中试结果进一步验证了联合作用的处理效果。
