Abstract:
2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) has been pilot-synthesized by using acrylonitrile, isobutylene and sulfuric acid as raw materials. The effects of the conditions of sulfonation,dosage of isobutylene,reaction temperature and volume of solvent,etc,on the yield and exterior appearance of AMPS have been investigated. The optimum process conditions of the pilot-synthesized AMPS are obtained. And the mass fraction of sulfuric acid is 100%,m(isobutylene):m(H2SO4)=0.6,-5-0℃ is the temperature controlled when sulfuric acid is added,and 35-40℃ is the temperature controlled when isobutylene is added,m(acrylonitrile):m(isobutylene)=6,reaction time=4 h. The yield of AMPS is between 90.7%-94.5%.

以丙烯腈、异丁烯、硫酸为原料中试合成了2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),考察了磺化条件、异丁烯的用量、反应温度、溶剂用量等条件对AMPS产品的收率和外观的影响,得到了中试合成AMPS的最佳工艺条件:硫酸质量分数100%,m(异丁烯):m(H2SO4)=0.6,控制加入硫酸时的温度为-5~0℃,加入异丁烯时的温度为35~40℃,m(丙烯腈):m(异丁烯)=6,反应时间4 h,AMPS的收率90.7%~94.5%。
