Abstract:
The stability of polymer-containing wastewater is obviously higher than that of water flooding wastewater,and the separation of oil-water is difficult. The inclined tube deoiler is one of the key instruments in wastewater treatment flow. Experimental research on the oil removing efficiency of polymer-containing wastewater by using inclined tube instrument has been accomplished. It is found that the oil removing efficiency increases 10% while the inclined tube angle is changed from 60° to 50°. The efficiency increases 20% while the hydraulic retention time is changed from 15 min to 40 min. When the mass concentration of the polymer contained increases from 50 mg/L to 600 mg/L,the oil removing efficiency decreases 15%. The research results show that aiming at the polymer-containing waste-water,optimizing the inclined tube deoiler can increase the treatment efficiency of polymer-containing wastewater,and assure the high-speed and high-efficiency treatment of polymer-containing wastewater.

摘要: 含聚污水稳定性与水驱污水相比显著提高,油水分离困难。斜管除油器是污水处理流程的关键设备之一。利用斜管组件对含聚污水除油率进行实验研究,发现斜管倾角50°时除油率比60°倾角高10%;污水停留时间由15 min增加到40 min,除油率提高20%;且含聚质量浓度由50 mg/L增加为600 mg/L时,除油率下降15%。研究结果表明:针对含聚污水对斜管除油器的结构进行优化,可以提高对含聚污水的处理效率,保证含聚污水的快速高效处理。
