Treatment effect of mixed bed-biological aerated filter on benzalkonium chloride disinfectant wastewater

混合床生物滤柱对苯扎氯铵消毒废水的处理效果

Abstract:

The mixed bed-biological aerated filter(MB-BAF) has been prepared by volcanic ceramsites and shell biological ceramsites. The treatment effect of it on benzalkonium chloride disinfectant wastewater with different concentrations is investigated. The results show that when the influent conditions of benzalkonium chloride disinfectant wastewater dilution ratios are 1:160,1:80,and 1:40,the removing rates of MB-BAF effluent COD are 92%,89%,78%,respectively,and the COD of effluent are all below 20 mg/L. The total ammonia concentration of MB-BAF influent is below 5 mg/L,and the ammonia removing rates of the three dilution ratios are 80%,68%,and 55%,respectively. The turbidity of effluent is below 5.0 NTU,the pH of effluent about 6.5-7.0. The major water quality indexes of benzalkonium chloride disinfectant wastewater after treated by MB-BAF can all reach the water standard of city greening in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water:Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T 18920-2002).

摘要:

以火山岩陶粒和贝壳生物陶粒制备了混合床生物滤柱(MB-BAF),研究其对不同浓度苯扎氯铵消毒废水的处理效果。结果表明,在不同苯扎氯铵稀释比(1:160、1:80、1:40)的进水条件下,MB-BAF出水的COD去除率分别为92%、89%、78%,出水COD均<20 mg/L;苯扎氯铵消毒废水进水的总氮<5 mg/L,在3种稀释比下(1:160、1:80、1:40)的去除率分别为80%、68%、55%;出水浊度<5.0 NTU,BAF出水pH在6.5~7.0之间。MB-BAF处理后的苯扎氯铵消毒废水的各项主要水质指标均达到《城市污水再生利用-城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)中的城市绿化用水标准。
