Abstract:

A kind of non-silicon antifoaming agent for MBR membrane has been applied to the treatment of CNOOC ZhongJie petrochemical refinery wastewater. The capacity of antifoam,contamination of MBR membrane and environment-friendliness of activated sludge are studied,and on-site application tests are implemented. The results show that the antifoaming agent for MBR membrane can effectively solve the foam problems of refinery wastewater,and does not cause any influences on its operation.

摘要:

将一种非硅系MBR膜专用消泡剂应用于中捷石化炼化污水中,研究了其消泡性能、MBR膜污染性、活性污泥友好性等,并进行现场应用测试。测试结果表明,该MBR膜专用消泡剂能有效解决炼化污水的泡沫问题,且对MBR膜及生化污泥不造成运行影响。
