Abstract:
Taking river water as the water source for industrial production, a textile group has used electro-adsorption technology for the desalination of river water. When the average raw water conductivity is 389 μS/cm, average hardness 119 mg/L, and mass concentration of chlorine ions are 64.7 mg/L, the average conductivity of effluent is 118 μS/cm, average hardness 40 mg/L, and chlorine ions mass concentration 13.6 mg/L. The effluent indexes can completely meet the requirements for the water used in industrial production in the Branch Co. of Ningbo Textile Group.

摘要:
某纺织集团以河水为水源水用于工业生产,其采用电吸附除盐技术对河水进行脱盐,在原水平均电导率为389 μS/cm,平均硬度、氯离子质量浓度分别为119、64.7 mg/L的情况下,出水的平均电导率为118 μS/cm,平均硬度、氯离子质量浓度分别为40、13.6 mg/L,出水指标完全满足宁波某纺织集团分公司对工业生产用水的要求。
